My stay was lovely! The spacious Studio Apartment offered a balcony with amazing views of the bustling city. The amenities like hot showers and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for a longer stay!

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen enhances the stay by allowing home-cooked meals. The balcony view offers a nice escape from the bustle of the city.

The hotel has serious maintenance issues, such as non-working locks on sliding doors and chronic towel shortages. Rooms feel outdated and hot water takes forever, making hot showers a test of patience. Noise from the street can keep you awake, especially from nearby clubs on weekends, making it hard to relax at night.

This place was perfect for our group getaway! The staff was super helpful, and our room had a great kitchen, making it easy to whip up meals. The location is right in the hustle, and we loved the spacious sitting area for hanging out together.

Chester Hotel and Suites Nairobi exceeded my expectations with a spacious studio apartment that featured a fully equipped kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals easily and comfortably during my stay. The staff’s exceptional service made my experience even better.

the standard suite was not at all like the photos, absoluteley misleading. also, I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and nobody seemed to even care. considering this major inconvenience, I woudl ve been expecting a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture, but I guess I’m just a regular guest here.

Had a lovely time here with a really comfy room that had excellent WiFi and plenty of hot water when I needed it! The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to chill, and I enjoyed some downtime at the cozy cafe on-site. Just wish the breakfast spread had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊

However, some aspects of service, particularly communication at the front desk, left much to be desired, and the overall demeanor of certain staff members felt lacking in hospitality.
